V. Phani Shashidhar

Assistant Professor, Dept. of Psychology

V. Phani Shashidhar is an aspiring academic professional currently pursuing a post-graduation diploma in Criminal Justice and Forensic Sciences from the Central University of Hyderabad.

He holds a master's degree in Psychology from the University College of Arts and Social Sciences, Osmania University, and a bachelor's degree from the Indira Gandhi National Open University.

His research during post-graduation explored the "Influence of Personality Traits on Decision Making and Voting Behaviour Among Adults," revealing correlations between personality types and voter behaviour. He also gained hands-on experience as a Technical Assistant at the PG Ram Reddy Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University and served as faculty at DR BR Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad.

Beyond academics, he has volunteered at the Indian Council for Medical Research and collaborated on research projects with the Hyderabad City Police. Additionally, he has been involved in various research works conducted by the Department of Psychology at Osmania University.
